I do this work because I struggled with these for YEARS. Now, with over 20 years of experience, I’ve identified the 5 required shifts to stop veering and align with your soul’s path.
In this brief, yet powerful 4-week reset, we will cover all of the 5 required shifts above (during our individual session and the self-guided videos).

Full Program:
Investment= $150 (this is the cost of one individual session- everything listed below is an added bonus) it’s less than $38/week for this transformative program. Includes 1 individual session 50-minutes via phone or zoom, 4 1-hour self-guided workshops, one delivered each week. Each workshop includes a topic discussion, a powerful meditation for you to access your inner guidance as well as a homework assignment each week. Registration deadline: Wednesday, 4/9. The program begins Sunday, April 13th.
Self-Guided Program:
Investment= $50 (it’s less than $19/week for this transformative program). Includes 4 1-hour self-guided workshops, one delivered each week. Each workshop includes a powerful meditation for you to access your inner guidance as well as homework assignment each week. Registration deadline: Wednesday, 4/9. The program begins Sunday, April 13th.
Note: A previous version of this program included live group workshops vs. self-guided workshops which are pre-recorded. Because there was significantly more interest in the individual sessions and the self-guided format, the live group option will be offered at a later time. However, please email me to join the waitlist at maryellen@awakenyourtrueessence.com if you're interested in a future live group option.
